Mama's Family is a voluteer fundraising group, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. At the heart of this "family" of LGBT community leaders and volunteers is Sandy "Mama" Reinhart, a tireless force of nature whose motto is "Ask yourself "What can I do to make a difference?" And then do it from your heart."
I volunteered to design a logo for her Mama's Family organization, because I was inspired by all of the good work they do, and the money they raise for charity, and because they didn't have one. The logo features a digital rendering of Sandy in front of a "Leather Pride" flag.
This design is now the official logo for "Mama's Family" and, as a result of my contribution to her family, Mama officially invited me into the family and gave me the name "Mama's RustySpot"
